CHINATOWN GATEWAY COALITION

Chinatown Gateway Charette

Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for attending the Chinatown Gateway Charrettes. Now that the 3-Day Charrette has ended, the Chinatown Gateway Coalition is in the process of summarizing the notes for the three days. Many good ideas were brought up throughout the charrette and our team of consultants presented design principles that could shape the development of the Chinatown Gateway area in the future.

As for our next steps, we plan on organizing a "Community Tour", a series of smaller community meetings to get further feedback from everyone. These meetings will occur between August and September. In October, we will have a final presentation in a public meeting in which the ideas from the 3-Day Charrette and the Community Tour will given.

If you would like to get a summary of the notes from the charrette or would like to know the dates of the Community Tour meetings, please contact Chinatown Gateway Coalition coordinator Kye Leung @ info@chinatowngateway.org
